2. Overview

This website is a purely static information service. We do not set cookies or use analytics or tracking tools, and we do not embed ads, social media plugins, external fonts or external scripts. There are no forms, comments or user accounts. All images, fonts and stylesheets are served from our own domain.

3. Hosting and delivery via Cloudflare

The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and delivered via Cloudflare's network (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you open a page, Cloudflare processes technically necessary connection data, in particular IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer, browser and operating system details (user agent) and the browser's language setting. We use the language setting only to redirect you to the matching language version when you open the home page; it is not stored for this purpose. Processing serves to deliver the website, keep it stable and protect it against attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure and efficient provision of the website. We do not keep server log files of our own. Cloudflare acts as our processor under a data processing agreement. Data may be transferred to the USA; Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and EU standard contractual clauses apply in addition. 4. Contacting us

If you contact us by email or phone, we process your details (e.g. name, email address, phone number, content of your request) to answer it. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR or, where the request relates to a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. We delete the data once it is no longer needed, unless we are legally required to retain it.

5. Links to other websites

Our pages link to external websites such as manufacturers, Wikimedia Commons, Creative Commons or mobile.de. Data is transferred to such a provider only when you click the link; that provider is responsible for its own processing.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21).
